It’s official! D’banj and Genevieve Nnaji are back together!

This is not rumour o…it’s fact. The Kokomaster, 33, and Nigerian screen goddess Genevieve Nnaji, 34, are back together two years after they parted ways. Genny is currently staying at D’banj’s Lekki home, and I hear they are already talking marriage. Yes I said marriage. Don’t know if it will happen, but they are currently talking about it, so in case it happens, remember y’all read it here first. *Wink*.

The loved up couple dated on and off from 2009 to 2011 before Genevieve broke off the relationship because of D’banj’s commitment issues. Hope it works out for them this time around!

OJB calls out D’banj in new intervew, says celebs used his donation as competition

WIZTEE'S BLOG

During an interview with Inspiration FM’s Gloria Maduka post surgery, veteran music producer OJB Jezreel addressed controversy surrounding his donations, said celebs used it as competition and calls out Dbanj. Here’s why he’s unhappy with D’banj. During his fund raiser many months back, there were rumours that D’banj gave his former music producer N7m, a report that D’banj didn’t deny. OJB says D’banj didn’t give him a dime and was upset that he didn’t try to set the record straight
“The most disappointing one for me is D’banj because he passed through my hands, he was trained under my tutelage. That is offensive. I don’t care if you’re with Kanye West, you can’t forget your root. I won’t call anybody else’s name but I will call his because it hurts. His own hurts very deep. And he never tried to reach out to me. It’s not like we parted on…

Radio DJ hospitalised

Motho oa kgale okile are “re kopane re le dithaka empa re salekane”. I am the son of Montgomery, and I’m twice as nice”. These are some of the phrases you‘re bound to hear weekdays every morning when your dial is on Thetha FM 100.6Mhz by Daniel Rakgogo.

Dezz as he is affectionately known to his listeners was admitted to hospital recently after he was diagnosed with cancer.

Speaking from his hospital bed, Dezz said, “The lump (on my left thigh) started in March this year, back then it seemed harmless but it grew until a point where I couldn’t take it any longer. I consulted a government hospital and was told I’ll be on the waiting list and the only time they could accommodate me will be next year, mind you I’ve been having sleepless nights.

Rakgogo has been off air but assured his fans and friends that he…

The Worst Songs of 2013

The Jaguarundi

Best Part I | Best Part II | Worst

I Can’t Listen to This

“Blurred Lines,” Robin Thicke ft. Pharrell Williams. “Blurred Lines” might be the commercial people’s song of the year, but it’s really annoying. Reviewers said the words were steeped in unprecedented sensuality, but the lyrics have the same unremarkable, dimwitted sex talk of other pop songs. Kanye West’s rap in Katy Perry’s “E.T.” is rougher and more bluntly crude than this fey, thin-melodied excuse for a music video. And just to be clear, the thing Robin Thicke thinks rhymes with “hug me” does not.

“Same Love,” Macklemore ft. Mary Lambert. Of the songs in the “I Can’t Listen to This” category, this is the only one that I actually did listen to, though I still flipped channels when it came on more frequently than with most other songs. I’ve already analyzed the song quite harshly here
